Jeff Kleid, author of Networking with the Cards you are Dealt, is a speaker, business strategist and consultant. His expertise in creating a best in class sales and customer service team started back in his days working as a tipped Valet for Disneyland hotel
where he could learn from people like Michael Eisner, former CEO of The Walt Disney Company.
Jeff’s genuine approach to helping others has afforded him the opportunity to grow, build and ultimately sell his shares in the same company where he started out
as a commissioned salesperson. Jeff then opened up his second agency and created a “best in class” online insurance presence which quickly became one of the
premier online insurance agencies in the country. In 2013, Jeff sold this website, PersonalTrainerInsurance. com and the clients attached to it to a division of
AON Insurance, one of the world’s largest insurance brokerages.
Jeff is currently a partner in a real estate lending company, but spends his days as the Chief Collaboration officer at Jeff Kleid Consulting and works with clients to share the insights, successes and struggles it takes to build a “Best in Class” sales and customer service team or brand.
